US military soldiers get salaries higher than other soldiers in the world, but many US citizens are not interested to join as military yet. even though they will get the large salaries and many other facilities

The US Military Pay applies equally to six military branches: the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force (USAF), US Marines (US Marine), Space Force (US Space Force), and US Coast Guard (USCG).

As reported from the official website of Military Defense.gov, the salary of US soldiers is calculated based on a combination formula between rank and period of service. US army ranks are divided into three groups, namely class E or Enlisted, W or Warrant, O or Officers.

The lowest-paid United States soldier is earned by an E-1 or Private rank. And the highest salary is received by soldiers with the rank of Officer. The salary received will continue to increase along with the years of service and promotion.
